文 献 综 述摘要火灾自动报警及消防联动控制系统是智能建筑消防系统的重要组成部分,在保障智能建筑安全、可靠运营方面起着巨大的作用。
设计人员需要重点考虑可靠、有效地对火灾进行预测、检测，并及时发出报警，启动相关程序，保证人民的生命财产安全。
除此之外，建筑中火灾报警及消防联动控制系统的设计和研究应该多元化。
本文综合一些近几年的有关火灾自动系统设计原则、性能分析与控制的文献，介绍了火灾自动报警系统的设计原则、方法和意义。
关键字：火灾自动报警系统消防联动智能建筑AbstractAutomatic fire alarm and fire linkage control system is an important part of intelligent building fire control system, which plays a huge role in ensuring the safety and reliable operation of intelligent building. Designers need to consider how to predict and detect fire reliably and effectively.They should also need to consider how to send out alarm in time and start relevant procedures to ensure the safety of people's lives and property. In addition，the design and research of building fire alarm and fire linkage control system should be diversified.In this paper, the design principle, method and significance of automatic fire alarm system are introduced based on the literature about design principle, performance analysis and control of automatic fire alarm system in recent years.Keywords: Automatic fire alarm system；Fire fighting linkage；Intelligent building一、设计原则智能建筑内部设备众多，电路复杂，不管是人为操作失误还是设备、电路故障都有引发火灾的可能。
一般情况下，建筑物火灾发生后火势发展速度较快，火灾危险性较大。
设置火灾自动报警与消防联动系统需要在事前预警、火灾探测报警、人员疏散、自动灭火、消防救援等各个阶段发挥不同的作用。
所以设计人员要从以下三条原则入手，充分考虑不同阶段的设计思路，保证系统的安全可靠。
（1）发现火情要及时，且可以发出简单的警报信号。
