人们长期进化，生活质量优化，认识环境保护，树立好的生活环境，才能为后一代作出榜样。

与普通建筑相比，其实际效益较为突出，有效缓解了城市发展中建筑用地面积不足的问题，但是同时也提升了建筑施工的难度，尤其是对于相应高层建筑中各个系统结构的布置，更是需要引起高度重视。
在设计高层建筑的给排水系统时，一方面要符合国家的相关法律法规，保证设计在施工上具有可行性和可靠性，此外也要尽可能的合理控制成本。
商业大厦是由于城市土地资源的高度集约需要而产生的，它是将商务办公、酒店餐饮、商业零售、公寓住宅和综合娱乐的功能融于一体，并在各部分间建立一种相互依存、相互裨益的能动关系。
