BSA/CuS纳米复合物的制备及表征
摘要
光热疗法作为一种物理治疗的方法,由于其可忽略的系统效应而引起了广泛的研究。在各种光热剂中,硫化铜(CuS)纳米粒子以其制备简单、成本低、稳定性好、以及强的近红外光吸收能力等优点得到了广泛的应用。然而,CuS纳米粒子的生物毒性模糊,在很大程度上限制了它们的生物学应用。因此,开发具有临床转化潜力的生物相容性的CuS纳米光热剂具有重要意义。牛血清白蛋白(BSA)可与多种阳离子、阴离子和其他小分子物质结合。在血液中,BSA能够起到维持渗透压、缓冲pH的作用。同时,由于BSA具有极好的生物相容性被广泛用作金属化合物的合成模板。所以,本论文以BSA为模板,通过模拟生物矿化过程合成具有生物相容性的CuS纳米粒子用于光热治疗,降低CuS纳米粒子的生物毒性,具有一定的临床应用意义。

Preparation and characterization of BSA/CuS nanocomposites
Abstract
As a method of physical therapy, photothermal therapy has caused extensive research due to its negligible systemic effects. Among various photothermal agents, copper sulfide (CuS) nanoparticles have been widely used for their advantages of simple preparation, low cost, good stability, and strong near-infrared light absorption. However, the biological toxicity of CuS nanoparticles is ambiguous, which limits their biological applications to a large extent. Therefore, the development of biocompatible CuS nanocalorisomes with clinical transformation potential is of great significance. Bovine serum albumin (BSA) binds to a variety of cations, anions and other small molecules. In the blood, BSA can maintain the osmotic pressure and buffer pH. At the same time, BSA has been widely used as a synthetic template for metal compounds because of its excellent biocompatibility. Therefore, this paper uses BSA as a template to synthesize biocompatible CuS nanoparticles for photothermal treatment and reduce the biotoxicity of CuS nanoparticles. It has certain clinical application significance.
